Can we still get printed copies?

What about the original transcript?
Is your case going to trial and you are concerned about having the original? No worries, you will have everything you need. We have taken a cue from some of our top clients and, given reasonable notice, we are able to print out any originals plus certified copies that may be needed to prepare for trial. You will be able to keep your offices free of clutter and still obtain all desired materials when needed.
I always use prints and I want to keep using them.

If you would like to hold printing services until you are ready to go to trial, you can always opt-out of automated printing and order printed copies at a later date when you are absolutely sure you will need them. This has been our most popular option for firms that are not ready to go fully electronic but also don’t want to have a number of unnecessary transcripts lying around.
We are working to keep our employees safe while going through the printing process, which means there is a smaller crew permitted to access printing. You can opt-in or out of printing at any time. Just let us know what you need in a timely manner and our team will handle your request.
How much notice do I need to provide?
Since each job is different, print jobs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out to our team to discuss any print jobs you may have coming up. Our team will create an individualized print plan for your case and answer any printing related questions you may have.
What about stipulations like witness signatures?
Under CCP section 2025.520 (c), which we then apply to the original transcript in accordance with CCP section 2025.520 (e), we will ensure a copy is available for the witness.
Opted out of printing but are now going to trial and need the sealed original? No problem, just let us know and we will promptly arrange a printed original.
