Learn how to quickly save or print detailed job information from your Steno Provider Dashboard.
Before You Print
- Federal Jobs: Look for special instruction notices on federal assignments
- Time Zones: Check for alerts if job time doesn't match your local time
1. Access Your Job
- Navigate to "My Jobs" in the left sidebar
- Click on any job card to view details
2. Print Job Details
- Click the print icon in the top-right corner of the job details page
- Choose your print options:
- Save as PDF: Creates a digital copy
- Print: Sends to your printer
- Select "All" pages and Portrait layout for best results
- Click "Save" or "Print"
What's Included
The printed summary contains:
- Job information (date, time, location, witness details)
- Case information (case name, ID, attendees)
- Service requirements and add-ons
Note: Case files, job files and other attachments are not included in the printed version.

Important Reminders
- Current Information: Always verify details on your live dashboard before assignments, as information may change after printing
- Reprint: If you accidentally close the print dialog, simply click the print icon again
