How Do I Print Job Details From My Dashboard?

Learn how to quickly save or print detailed job information from your Steno Provider Dashboard.

Before You Print

  • Federal Jobs: Look for special instruction notices on federal assignments
  • Time Zones: Check for alerts if job time doesn't match your local time

1. Access Your Job

  • Navigate to "My Jobs" in the left sidebar
  • Click on any job card to view details

2. Print Job Details

  • Click the print icon in the top-right corner of the job details page
  • Choose your print options:
    • Save as PDF: Creates a digital copy
    • Print: Sends to your printer
  • Select "All" pages and Portrait layout for best results
  • Click "Save" or "Print"

What's Included

The printed summary contains:

  • Job information (date, time, location, witness details)
  • Case information (case name, ID, attendees)
  • Service requirements and add-ons

Note: Case files, job files and other attachments are not included in the printed version.
