How Do I Navigate the Marketplace on My Provider Dashboard?

Overview

The Marketplace is now directly integrated into your Provider Dashboard, allowing you to find and claim available jobs in your area easily.

The interface combines an interactive map view with a detailed list of assignments, making finding work that matches your preferences simple.

Tips for Success

  • Check the Jobs Counter at the top to see the total available jobs.
  • Use date filters at the top to find jobs on specific days.
  • Look for the green icon indicating cases you've previously worked on.
  • Review all job details thoroughly before claiming.
  • Note that invoices are processed within 10 business days of submission.

Finding Available Jobs

Using Filters

  1. Click the "FILTERS" button to refine your search
  2. Filter by:
    • Job Types (Deposition, Arbitration, Trial, etc.)
    • Case Categories (Business Law, Personal Injury, Workers Comp, etc.)
    • Location (Remote or In-Person)
    • Other Preferences (Realtime)
  3. Click "APPLY" to update your results
  4. Use "CLEAR FILTERS" to reset all selections

Map View Features

  • Jobs are displayed as markers on an interactive map
  • Dark green markers show individual jobs
  • Brown markers indicate multiple jobs at a location
  • Jobs are synchronized between the map and list view
  • View up to 100 listings per page

Navigating the Map

  • Zoom in/out using the +/- controls
  • When moving to a new area, click "search this area" to update available jobs.
  • The list automatically updates to show jobs visible in the current map view.
  • The Jobs Counter at the top shows how many jobs are visible out of all available jobs.

Viewing Additional Job Details

Each listing shows:
  • Date and time (with time zone)
  • Location (Remote platform or physical address)
  • Case name and category
  • Estimated duration (if available)
  • Additional case details

Claiming a Job

  1. Click on a job to view full details
  2. Review the deposition notice and relevant files (if available)
  3. Check other details like:
    • Parking information
    • Payment terms
    • Copy order requirements
  4. Click "CLAIM JOB" to accept the assignment
  5. Review and agree to the Court Reporter Agreement
