How do I submit files after a job?
After a job, you submit files through the Tasks tab on the Job Details page.
File categories and due dates
Each file type has its own upload section:
- Exhibits, videos, audio, and digital worksheet materials: due 1 calendar day after the job
- Invoice: due 3 business days after the job
How to submit
- Open the job and click the Tasks tab
- Open the category you want to submit
- Drag and drop your file or click Select from Computer
- Add a note if needed
- Click Submit
Once Steno marks a task complete, you will see a green checkmark.
Sending files that do not fit a category
Use Send Other Files to Steno at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to pick a category so the file gets routed correctly.
