How do I submit files after a job?

After a job, you submit files through the Tasks tab on the Job Details page.

File categories and due dates

Each file type has its own upload section:

  • Exhibits, videos, audio, and digital worksheet materials: due 1 calendar day after the job
  • Invoice: due 3 business days after the job

How to submit

  1. Open the job and click the Tasks tab
  2. Open the category you want to submit
  3. Drag and drop your file or click Select from Computer
  4. Add a note if needed
  5. Click Submit

Once Steno marks a task complete, you will see a green checkmark.


Sending files that do not fit a category

Use Send Other Files to Steno at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to pick a category so the file gets routed correctly.
